The challenge

The firm's L&D org was running an expensive, slow production pipeline: SME interviews → script → storyboard → agency animation → legal review → re-render. A typical compliance module cost $30–45K and took 14–18 weeks. Because each update was so costly, content aged poorly, and learners complained that screenshots, product names, and regulatory references were visibly out of date. Annual compliance completion rates were strong (the course is mandatory), but post-training assessment scores had been flat for three years.
